I met the standard by following all the instructions about the proper use of the tool and equipment and about the way to get the template to draw on that Mr.Grummer provided us. I have to admit that meeting this standard wasn't particularly hard because all the tools we use are pretty commune and everyday use,I had already used the most of them and it was easy to handle them in the proper way without damaging either themselves or my work; the only things I had to pay attention at at first was getting the right modle to draw my drawings on,becuase it was something I had never done before. This standard has real-world application because, especially if your intention is to work in an architectural on engineering filed, it's always required to be able to use in a correct way every kind of tool you may need to complete your work; at the same time nowadays pretty much everywhere you have to know how to work on a drawing on a computer, which makes it quicker and avoids many tiny mistakes you could have made drawing manually. My goals for the futue are to accomplish how to work with even more professional equipment to be able to use them at work when one day I am going to being an architect, therefore I'd like to be more familiar with the computer, not using it just for 2D drawings and ortographical projection, but also for more complicated, such as 3D,drawings. The right way to get to handle more complicated tools is just going ahead with the course and we'll see that the more ahead we are going the more difficult but at the same time interesting things are getting.
